Data Deletion Instructions

Users may request deletion of personal information collected through Kifalme Africa websites, WhatsApp services, Kifalme Agents, lead forms or related business tools.

To request data deletion, please email:

privacy@kifalmeafrica.com

Include:

– your full name
– phone number
– email address
– the service you interacted with
– a short description of the information you want deleted

Once received, we will review and process the request within a reasonable period, subject to any legal, regulatory, accounting, security or legitimate business retention requirements.

If we are required to retain certain records, we will explain this where appropriate.
